Quvenzhané Wallis is the new Annie. Being the youngest to ever be nominated for an Academy Award, Quvenzhané is movie up the ladder of success quickly. She debuted in a Sundance Film Festival winner called Beasts Of The Southern Wild. Only being five at the time, this was a major opportunity for more exposure. In 2013 she graced the big screen again in Steve McQueen’s 12 Years of Slave. With that amount of success this year was not a surprise when the world heard she would be starring in the remake of a classic, ANNIE! Congrats and we all wish her more success in this industry of film. She is definitely learning how to take care of business.
