Lisa Denae is a Singer/Songwriter, Author, Radio Personality, and Entrepreneur. Tell Us Why You Got Started: I got started in internet radio because I loved to interview people and learn more about what they do. I also felt that black women needed to have a greater voice in media. And internet radio gives us access to the whole world as our audience.
How Has 2020 Changed Your Business? 2020 has enhanced my business because it has given me greater access to a worldwide audience through virtual shows broadcasting on our website and social media. We are doing business advertising for companies outside of our local area, and that was not something we did before 2020.
Being an entrepreneur is ... Being an entrepreneur is a lifestyle. I had my first business when I was eight years old, so being in business for myself is basically all I know. I was raised in a family business and I can't imagine doing anything else.
