Father’s Day is a celebration of fathers inaugurated in the early twentieth century to complement Mother’s Day in celebrating fatherhood and male parenting. Father’s Day is celebrated on a variety of dates worldwide and typically involves gift-giving, special dinners to fathers, and family-oriented activities. The first observance of Father’s Day actually took place in Fairmont, West Virginia on July 5, 1908.
Male (♂) refers to the sex of an organism, or part of an organism, which produces small mobile gametes, called spermatozoa.
Parenting is the process of promoting and supporting the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual development of a child from infancy to adulthood. Parenting refers to the activity of raising a child rather than the biological relationship.[1]
Everyone should know by now that it takes 2 people to create a baby. A man and a woman. The woman is the one that carries and delivers the baby. Just a reminder. Children tend to follow by example.
ex. 1: A boy sees his father go to work every morning and comes home bringing the mom flowers. He begins to embed the notion that when he becomes a man he needs to go to work every morning and bring his woman flowers. I hope I haven’t lost anyone.
ex. 2: A boy sees his mother cook, clean, and pay all the bills, while his father plays video games and goes out. He begins to think, I don’t have to do anything for my woman, she can do it all for me. Now don’t get offended, these are just examples of children following by examples.
The public tells you that it doesn’t matter if your mother is there for you or not, she’s your mother.
The bible tells you to honor thy mother and father.
The media tells you that a woman can be both your mother and father.

A father is irreplaceable, without a doubt. You can be a superwoman and display to your child how a woman should act, live, and speak. You can even give them examples on how a woman should be treated by a man. However, until they actually see a man doing these things the belief begins to fade. SOME men may have faded beliefs on what a father should do. They are following examples. Start setting examples.
Do you have someone in your life that without a doubt, blood or not, is your father. Please take some time and show them love.
