    Mask Off

I’ve heard many men say, ” I love a woman who is natural, no make-up”. Unfortunately, there is nothing natural about being natural. It is hard work maintaining a glam or non glam look. For all my glam beauties, thanks for the tutorials. Although the tutorials never work for me ,my MUAs keep me glowing. From matte to glitter , from 20 minutes to an hour, I am completely satisfied. The many different colors of eyeshadows help me explain my mood and my entrance. Bold and bright

    I SAID What I SAID

Often times women are misquoted or our profound statements are misinterpreted. Just speaking from experience but our point of view is often viewed as coming from a place of pain or bitterness. WRONG! I SAID What I SAID! Don’t be fooled by her tears. It is the only preventing her from connecting her five fingers to your face. Don’t be fooled by her silence. She is always thinking of a master plan. Don’t be fooled by the way she minds her business. Being messy is not her

    THE HOLIDAY

Did you celebrate? The fourth of July was this week and festivities were long and fulfilling. Mainly for the children. The kids got to have a day with their friends and were able to be entertained by the fireworks. However, the pressure of taking part in all of the fun was intense. The following crossed my mind: SLEEP. SLEEP. EAT. SLEEP. I just could not get in the mood to be outside , swatting flies, chasing kids, and listening to fireworks. How did you enjoy your off day? D

    About Last Night

When the weekend approaches ladies , we usually set aside time for errands. We focus on putting everything on reset by cleaning, paying bills, and shopping, but when do we let our hair down. To be a “lady” or a “responsible” woman doesn’t mean we have to be a bore. Set aside some time just for you. No kids. No stress. No bills. No posting. Just fun. The night is what you make it. Take moments after work to wind down. Go to a concert or play. Hang with some friends or go on a

    Mo’ Money, What Problems

I know , I know. The saying goes “mo’ money, mo’ problems”. However, what problems did you want the money to solve. Sure more money can take some worry away from paying bills, buying groceries, and even picking up a little extra something from your favorite store. The problems that I usually come across are not rooted in money. Not finishing projects on time; time management. Incurring debt; immature purchases. Bad relationships; miscommunication. All problems that money can’

    O.T.I.S

It’s Outrageous the amount of time we waste Overthinking. Stop beating yourself Over the things you cannot change. Take initiative to be True to what you are designed to do. Take Time to love who you are and Treat each moment as a moment to learn. It’s Irrelevant and Irresponsible to listen to those that are negative. Constructive criticism Is important. Sooner than later your dream will Sneak up and become reality. Outstanding Teamwork leads to Immense Success, Coffe’ Iman *

    Five, Six, Seven, Eight

Five, Six, Seven, Eight … Keep counting. Keep moving. Keep climbing. Keep it up. Yes, I struggle with consistency like most people do. And me and my snacks have a personal relationship. I used to snack when I was sleepy, snack when I was happy, snack when I was sad, snack while I was waiting, snack while I was running errands, snack while I was working, and snack while I relaxed. I was in a state of emergency for change. I am a fan of anyone who puts their health first. Howev
