STEP ONE: First and foremost one must acknowledge that the task at hand can not be done alone. Once this fact is accepted, you can move forward without hesitation.
Team: A team comprises a group of people linked in a common purpose.
Each team member should be selected based on their skill and passion for the desired goal. For example, you are seeking a team member who is excellent at sales. However, they enjoy music more than fashion and you need them to sale custom bracelets. Then they would not be a good fit for the position.
STEP TWO: Have clear team member roles. There will be moments where deadlines have to be met and projects have to be completed. If there are team member roles sketched in stone, selecting people to fill those positions will be easy. The person would know what they are getting themselves into and could reject or accept the challenge.
STEP THREE: This is the most important step. This step is communication. Each team member should be on the same page. If there are any changes made or one team member encounters obstacles, there needs to be an open line of communication. Great communication leads to great business and excellent networking.
